Keep these women closer. Powerful women from all places, times, and industries, who inspire us and mark history. I included a lot of artists as usually, people think of politicians or political figures when it comes to womens rights or empowerment. But I do think artists are equally important. They represent our culture, which is the most influential tool humans have. It is essential, despite what we heard during the pandemic. Diana Ross was acclaimed by everyone during her time. Her talent and impact spoke for herself and in many ways, she made the fight for women of POC easier. I believe artists fascinate lots of people because the reason they stand out isn’t about money or power, but simply talent.
